I have over 20 years of experience making technology a successful part of business. I’ve spent time working with small businesses to fortune 500 companies in various positions in IT. Along the way, I’ve been a Sr. Technical Writer, Instructor, Sr. Systems Engineer, Account Manager, and owner of my own IT Consulting Firm. My driving principle is that improving customer understanding of current and upcoming technology enables them to better take advantage of their technical resources and plan for the future.
Steven Hawthorne – Systems Engineer
I have worked over 20 years addressing the IT needs of small and mid-sized businesses throughout the Central Coast. From entry-level technician to IT Manager of various companies and organizations, I have worked with many technologies over the years providing services and solutions that help customers achieve their technology goals.
Keith Quinnell – Systems Engineer
I have over a decade of service in the IT industry. My IT history includes help desk support, technical support, IT infrastructure support, network administration, server administration, network installation, cabling, and goal oriented project management. Prior to coming on board at Monterey Bay Networks, I spent 6 years as the Lead IT Technician and Network Administrator for Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca organizing all the non-profit’s IT needs as well as event-specific IT installations. I have over 20 years of experience in Supporting Computer Networks. Worked for 4+ year as a Sr. Support Engineer in the Silicon Valley and worked for 15 years as a Sr. Systems Engineer, Network Administrator supporting School Networks. I am always looking for better ways to use technology in business and how we can better support our customers use of technology.
